A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to a nationally recognized qualification. It combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, providing learners with both knowledge and skills.
Learnerships are managed by SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities) and are designed to address skills shortages in various industries while providing employment opportunities for South African youth and unemployed individuals.
Participants receive a monthly stipend during the programme, which typically lasts between 12-24 months depending on the qualification level.

Earn While You Learn
All our learnership participants receive a monthly stipend to support their living expenses during the training period. Stipend amounts vary based on the qualification level and industry sector.
Stipends are paid directly to learners on a monthly basis and are structured to comply with SETA requirements and industry standards. Additional travel and meal allowances may be available depending on the specific learnership programme.
We also provide career guidance and job placement assistance upon successful completion of the learnership to help graduates transition into permanent employment.
